Maybe even making weird gestures with the hands, like forming symbols or something?

Something like that?

The Morrowind skeleton only has two finger bones, one for the index finger, and the other for the rest, so I can't do anything too complex.
I might be able to get away with finger clicking if I use a fast animation with a clicking sound though.

Can you see why all the animators go to Oblivion?
Also I've got a video of an alternate running animation in my photobucket account, the current one will be transferred to handtohand if you like this one.

Hey sphinx, NMZmaster, BlackLion, Saint Jiub and Yombie, have you got any time to test some new animations out for me?
It's just the sneak, and changes to a few other animations. I'd usually just release them, but I'd rather get some feedback on them first.

They should be ready for uploading and testing by the weekend if you're interested.

wow nice work! The sneak looks good, though i agree it does need to seem a bit more "sneaky" - a little lower down maybe? But definatly an improvment over the origonal.

Cant wait to see more :)

There is a video of a lower one posted up above, sphinx posted it up for me. :)
The splinter cellish one is nearly done too, I just need it testing first.

I'd like to, but I may be getting a job in the next few days and I probably won't have much time for Morrowind. Sorry :(

I could test the animations, if you need someone. No, I'm not saying this just to get the Animations early.

I'd love to help however I can and within my ability. Fortunately for me, testing animations is within my realm of comprehension.

Any time :)

I should definitely have some time tomorrow, plenty Friday, and scattered across the weekend. Anything I can do to help!

No prob Saint Jiub.

Thanks guys, I'll send the animations over when they're done.
Mirelurk, it'd be great if you could test the animations for me as well.

Also, I'm glad you like the second sneak Midgetalien, hopefully the next one will be even better.
There might be a delay getting the animations finished.
I'm experimenting with something which could help with animating a lot atm.

Nope, sorry.
I'm going to take a break from this mod for a month or two.

That's too bad, but do what you have to do. Modding is supposed to be fun and if you currently can't enjoy a project then you shouldn't force yourself to do it. :)

And quite right, too, sir. You've done a fantastic job of fixing the walks, runs, and one-handed weapon attacks -- and I can't thank you enough for that! Take a break, relax, maybe even play some Morrowind if the urge arises. Your project will always be waiting if you choose to return to it.

Great work :hugs:

Thanks, it's not really that I'm tired of modding, I'm just tired of this project. So I'll still be working on other things.
I just need a break from this is all, it's too much work for me anyway atm, with other projects and college coursework. :read:
