Some murders I regret.

- That priestess at the Temple of Divines, in Solitude. If you've met her, you know she makes no secret that she disagrees with the worship of Talos.

My female Nord vampire who sided with the Stormcloaks is by far the most evil character I've got. A real she-devil.

So I thought, "why not?". Chopped her head off in a killcam. But then there's the thing... the Stormcloaks had fought that war for their beliefs. Killing someone because of what s/he believes under these circumstances makes you a bit of a hypocrite.

- Today I was fighting a blood dragon on the road, and a Khajiit caravan happened to be passing by. I used Unrelenting Force on the dragon so I could be the one to strike first. But the Shout also hit them.

They turned hostile, and sheathing my weapons didn't make them stop. I was gonna get killed at that rate, and there was no way I would reload my save file after one hour of gameplay.

It was necessary, but it still svcks that I had to kill off a whole caravan.

Her politeness is only bested by her desire to wipe mankind out of existence.

Don't; her troops have killed enough people to make up for it.

I regret the majority of the ones you kill for the Dark Brotherhood. Actually pretty much all of them except for Alain DuFont. "Is annoying" isn't really a decent enough reason to kill someone, especially not in the sparsely populated Skyrim. It is for that reason that I've decided to Destroy from now on.

The Thalmor desire to unmake Mundus so that they can return to their divine form.

To kill Man is to reach Heaven, from where we came before the Doom Drum's iniquity. When we accomplish this, we can escape the mockery and long shame of the Material Prison.

To achieve this goal, we must:

1) Erase the Upstart Talos from the mythic. His presence fortifies the Wheel of the Convention, and binds our souls to this plane.

2) Remove Man not just from the world, but from the Pattern of Possibility, so that the very idea of them can be forgotten and thereby never again repeated.

3) With Talos and the Sons of Talos removed, the Dragon will become ours to unbind. The world of mortals will be over. The Dragon will uncoil his hold on the stagnancy of linear time and move as Free Serpent again, moving through the Aether without measure or burden, spilling time along the innumerable roads we once travelled. And with that we will regain the mantle of the imperishable spirit.

Killing Vyrthur. It's not often I feel true sympathy for a villain. I really wish we could have reasoned with him(high speech of course) and cure his vampirism.

Guys, keep it on topic here. I didn't make a thread so everyone would discuss about someone else's post.

Well, their attitude to men in general, and they blame men for making mer mortal. And also there is this conspiracy (originated from the Prophecy of the Dragonborn) that the Atlmer will be directly responsible for the end of the world. It's complicated.

If you hang out in the lore section, you'd probably find out; it's really interesting.

What? The only ones I've ever heard speak out against Talos worship were the Thalmor.

It shouldn't suprise me. Just add the elves and beasts in the mix, though.

Why do feel sorry for pathetic soulless husks? They don't even care themselves so why should I care about them?

Only thing I regret that I can't kill everyone, side with thalmor and/or alduin.

Thats pretty simple and proof is irrelevant. A lot of players are real monsters, so they blame Thalmor for being even bigger monsters. Thats how evil people can feel better about themselves

Here is funny article that sums it:

Didn't we stopped searching for monsters under our bed the moment we learned they're all inside of us?

Sadly, a lot of us are still looking for them everywhere, but inside of us.

She basically says Tiber Septim may have been a great man but that doesn't make him a god, "no matter how much the stormcloaks wish it were so".

I did that too; I went in there all Sam Fisher like and cut her throat. I don't regret it though.

The two people/things that I've killed that I sort of regret are Paarthunax, and Silas (not sure if that's spelled right) from "Pieces of the Past."
