Purchased a plot of land; got a manor built. And am now running into a problem...
I decided to go for the combination of Lucia and Sofie as children. They seem to be the most 'in need' of the available choices. But; Sofie apparently doesn't exist.
She's not in Windhelm, and both the moveto player, and placeatme commands fail to find an actor of ref ID: 004031
Am I perhaps entering the command wrong? The full refID is xx004031, but that causes the moveto player command to error; while moveto player 004031 appears to not error out, but effectively does nothing perceivable in game.
My question:
-Am I just an idiot, and entering the commands wrong? If so, could someone please tell me the proper ones?
-Is the NPC just missing? And is there a way to force-repopulate the missing NPC if their RefID isn't recognized by the system?
