Some tips for a great Crysis 2 gameplay on your Alienware M17xR3 laptops: (Only M17xR3 so far)
(Will be testing a M18x R1 soon to see a difference)

a. Disable some unnecessary startup programs via (msconfig)b - (adobe , roxio and alien respawn)
b. Never update (or better yet uninstall) the alien respawn program (causes serious gpu issues!!)
c. Always keep your Alien Fx lighting turned off when playing ( 2-3 fps difference and much more blur for some odd reason)
d. Remember to switch binary gfx when using the laptop with ac power all of a sudden. (not when starting)
e. Keep your updates - updated!! (Via windows update) (Not dell)
f. Never enable 3D when unnecessary (causes crashes when playing for more than 30 mins)
g. Have (g)reat time palying Crysis 2 on your Alienware.

Thanks for your tips. The alienware respawn is really annoying....never used it. I always turn off my touchpad when playing but not the entire lighting (I like the beautiful lights). I enabled both DX11 and HQ but only set my graphic to high when playing online to give me the best FPS.
