Found this on wikipedia, so there's no telling how accurate it is, but it's worth discussing:

In November 2010 a Danish journalist from eurogamer.dk was lucky enough to get the seat behind one of the key people in the production of The Elder Scrolls V during a plane flight. One of the few things he leaked was that Bethesda was looking for voice actors for the production, which may mean that they have already begun making the game.(This is usually a late process in the creation of a game) In 2008 Bethesda said that the game would probably be released by the end of 2010, This is no longer realistic, but if the information eurogame have collected is right, we may expect a release towards the end of 2011. Now that this information is leaked Bethesda will probably respond soon.
