so I got some qeustions about the game , I am sure you already discussed them but I couldn't find those pages so.. would be great if I could get some answers

1) payment

wat will the payment be like? will it be like 'wel you paid 60 euro for the game , but you could buy power ups , those things to unlock special abilities (forgotten wat they were called) and special armor and weapons' or will it be more like 'pay 60 euro for the game and then a monthly fee of 15-10 euro'? I also saw in the gameplay video on youtube how at the start you walk alone in the world , I don't know if that is a tutorial or that you have the possibility to be somehow a RPG with online modes (I have read on some pages how it was build an MMO but ment a RPG something like that?) like if you wanna play those matches in caves with you buddies instead of walking in the world like we are used to from ES games, your gonna pay. last one would be the fairest. still hoping though that bill gates would offer to pay the costs for windows users for 10 years as that amount of money isn't even a small coverage of wat he owns (I know its not going to happen but it would be pretty awesome)

2) the online modes

will the whole game be online? I mean like , will you be seeing people walking everywhere and people 'stealing' your monsters just like in the most MMO (and again , will it be more online RPG or more MMO?) and probably a dumb qeustion but I figured there wouldn't be any mods for elder scrolls online right?

3) the specs

so I don't know if this is out ready but what are the recommendend specs to run it flawless? and if you can run skyrim flawless on the high settings , would that be enough to have a great experience with ESO?
