Hello all,
I've never played a fallout game before nor have I seen gameplay of one. With many of my friends eager to purchase the new Fallout 4, I want to see what it's all about. So I have some questions, that maybe you could answer for me.
1. Firstly, Is there a blood on/off option?
2. How much drug/alcohol contact will I have to go through if any?
3. How much swearing?
4. Can it be played TOTALY offline, right out of the case?
That's basically all of my concerns, thanks for the help.

I don't think so. I wish there was.
2. How much drug/alcohol contact will I have to go through if any?
You will run across it, you don't have to drink/take it.
3. How much swearing?
Expect quite a lot of swearing but not non-stop. About like you would hear on an angry street corner.
4. Can it be played TOTALY offline, right out of the case?
No, you must go online to activate. If you are on PC you must download a portion of the game to play. After the initial online you will only need to go online to get patches if you want them. Otherwise you may play off line at that point.

Thanks for telling me this, you saved me some money. It is a total deal breaker, so I guess i'll pass on this game.
