Some Questions Regarding the Patch Notes

I had some questions about the current patch beta. Since I assume it is forming the template for the patches that will later be released on Xbox and PS4, I was hoping for some clarifications regarding certain issues. As described in the patch notes, some of the points are confusing, and don't sound like they would actually address the problems.

*Icon pc* Companions can no longer get stuck with radiation poisoning

I have read this theory regarding the "falling down" bug, however I was under the impression that companions were not vulnerable to radiation damage. In any case, I don't believe that radiation has anything to do with the "falling down" bug that I have experienced. Although my testing is obviously limited as a single user, I did test extensively in an effort to find a workaround for this, and uncovered no evidence that radiation was a factor. My principle issue is with Piper, who had not been exposed to any abnormal radiation areas before developing the bug. Most evidence pointed to the acceptance of companions/dismissal of companions as being a strong causal factor.

*Icon pc* Fixed a rare issue with companions getting stuck in down state

I can't tell if this refers to the problem that I am experiencing. In my playthrough, Piper is stuck in a cycle of "falling down" that interrupts all conversations/combat. But she does not remain stuck in the "down" state, periodically recovering for a few moments before dropping again. It may just be the wording, and I sincerely hope that this refers to my problem, as that would mean that I could continue my playthrough that I had to abandon weeks ago while waiting for a patch.

*Icon pc* Fixed an issue with settlement happiness calculations

*Icon pc* Fixed a bug that would cause settler counts to appear incorrectly

I was hoping for more clarification on these. They don't seem to specifically address the biggest problem, which is the incorrect values for power, food, water, beds and defence. Those incorrect values are, as far as my testing has shown, the principle causes of the issues with happiness. The way that it is worded makes it sound like the happiness will now reflect the correct values, even if they are listed incorrectly in the pipboy. Is that the case?

Not sure if I'm likely to get any clarifications about this, but it would be a big help to understanding the problems I've been having, and it would be nice to get some reassurance one way or another regarding whether my game state will be playable after the patch has gone live on all three platforms.
