Picked up the Hearthfire DLC a couple weeks back and now I have a few q's.

1) Can you change the person you leave in charge of a homestead?

2) I notice some followers actually comment on your homestead and offer to take care of it. Is there an appreciable difference between leaving those people in charge, or just telling someone who didn't ask for it?

3) Can you adopt more than 2 children if, for example, you have beds in other homesteads?

4) Can you uh... dismiss one of the adopted children?
