Some things we would like to see.

-Enemies that use cool unique poisons against you, (NOT drain personality 5 pts for 10 seconds...)

-More interesting fatigue effects, like reduced spell accuracy, stumbling, etc.

-Magical staff of Fun: removes all health potions and god mode items from the game for 1 million seconds on strike.

~Werewolves & Vampires

~Long hair for men and women. I want my manly Imperial to be a conan-esque character.

That's all I can think of.

Agreed. But, would be fun. And the moders will do it anyway.. or at least they will think about doing it.

Anyway thought of another

-The taking away of the difficulty bar, and just putting it in the beginning of the game so you can't touch it again. (I get very tempted to put it all the way to the left when I'm fighting in a crazy scary dungeon with lots of high level monsters and bosses. Then back to hard when I'm sneaking around trying to steal stuff, or doing matches in the arena.)

I really want to see marksmanship be as viable as any other form of combat and it hasnt been in previous games

I want the bow to shoot at very long ranges, i want (with or with out perks) the ability to zoom in just like a sniper rifle (from fallout 3)

I want to see some combat set up so that melee and magic isnt always the best choice

Hopefully mounted combat... but I can do without it. Still, it is silly to have horses but not be able to fight on them. Someone with a David Hasselhoff avatar posted a thread yesterday with an idea of having the cold affect our characters, sort of like radiation poisoning in Fallout 3 complete with it's own "frostbite meter" or something. I would like to see something like that. :fallout:

Let's see... what would I like......

- More varieties of magic: Earth, Water, & Wind elements, a counterpart to light spells that create darkness instead, stronger telekinesis spells (meaning they can lift dead bodies or throw objects to do damage, etc.), a light spell that can temporarily blind a foe, a light spell that is a hold-down technique rather than a single cast... lots of things

- Change Conjuration spells so you have to hold them down for a period of time based on the strength of the summon: A Flame Atronach takes 2 seconds to summon (1 with both hands), an Ice Atronach takes 4 seconds to summon (2 with both hands), and a Storm Atronach requires 2 hands and takes 6 seconds to summon (So it is best to do before combat)

- Turn undead summoning spells from Conjuration to Necromancy. Why is the only difference from a Conjurer and a Necromancer absolutely nothing?

- More effective blocking with weapons. Goes for enemies too.

- Counter attacks (like hitting attack after a block makes you do a quicker slash). Enemies can do this too.

- Hitting an enemy from stealth with a bow doesn't instantly alert the enemy to your presence, but rather makes them search for you (in the direction they think the arrow came from). Arrows that you shoot into walls near the enemy makes them go to it and search around, unless they are smarter.

- A power attack from stealth to an enemy will do an "Assassination" that will be less likely to alert enemy attention.

- Enemies can hear and react to the deaths of their allies (which is why ^ would be good)

- Magic enchantments on weapons have a definite appearance difference from regular weapons: I want to be able to tell if that marauder's waraxe has a fire enchantment.

- The Disintegration spell's look would be better off as like a rusting effect rather than a very distracting fire effect.

- More choices of regular clothing and magical apparel.

- Maybe a book weapon that we can hold in our off-hand (or main hand) that allows for certain special magic abilities in the main hand (or off-hand). For instance, holding the tome of Burning Hellfire would increase the power of fire magics in various ways like: Increasing the time of the spell's effects by 1 second, adding to the power of each effect by 5, etc.

I watched a video, they said no mounted horse fighting :( I was sad by this..... but. they said with mounted horse fighting it sort of makes the game shift more to (Oh I can ride on my horse and hack and slash and be safe.) But .. I sort of agree, but sort of disagree.. I don't know.

Anyway, I completely agree with the person above the person I just quoted about bows :x.... Bows are awesome.. But I also watched a video with references that said that bows are going to be much stronger.. much.. much stronger.

Now some ideas:

-A telekinesis spell that allows dismemberment when throwing a large object at an enemy with enough force.

-Underwater caves (That would be fun... would add a whole new thing to going underwater, so its not pointless.)

-Again.. fishing.. fishing.. fishing..so water is not just eye candy.

-Being able to actually let my character "live" in skyrim, not just beat up people, and smith (Though I love doing both things.)

Awesome frostbite idea. They'll never do that but it would be an awesome mod. If Skyrim has as much snow as I expect it to be it could add a cool new element to the game. Plus, frost dragons would be extra scary.

Also, I want really cool dungeons to escape from, perhaps some with cuffs that keep me from casting spells so you cant get out of any jail with just an open spell and an invisibility spell. (On the fence with that one though, if you could go invisible they would never get you to the dungeon in the first place...) Either way, awesome dungeons are always a plus.

I am in the same position. It would be nice... but I see the drawback. However, it's not like you're going to bring your horse into a dungeon...
