Some trouble adding new creatures

I'm working on a mod to diversify the wildlife of Skyrim, currently version 1.0 is uploaded on Steam as Skyrim Wildlife Overhaul, but I'm running into a couple of issues when adding some of the new creatures I've made. Well, actually, its the same problem for multiple creatures.

So far, in version 1.0 I have added Dire Wolves and Lynxes to Skyrim. Both are in the leveled lists, both have new models. My Dire Wolves are spawning correctly. Maybe too well, their everywhere. My lynxes, however, aside from the few I hand-placed, are nowhere to be found. They are added to the LCharAmbientCreatures and LCharAmbientCreaturesSnow lists. The Dire Wolves are added to the LCharPredatorForest, LCharPredatorPlains, etc. I'm not sure why one is spawning and the other one not.

My other issue is I have altered the female elk model (removed the antlers, they don't have them in nature), and changed the DeerNakedAA ARMA to the new model, but the old one is still showing up in my game. I have the same issue with the female caribou (Deer) model I added. It doesn't seem to appear in the game. On the other hand, the new whitetail deer (buck and doe) models I added show up fine. I'm confused as to why certain creatures (Dire Wolves and whitetail deer) spawn fine, but my lynxes and female caribou don't, and why the female elk still display the old model, when in the kit, they show the new one.

If anyone has any insight into these problems, it would be greatly appreciated.
