Define "terrible".

Oh and what would happen if the world would suddenly end, the sky would turn into cotton candy, everybody would suddenly change genders, cats and dogs would form an alliance against man...

Yes, I LOVE what if questions

Go about my day and hardly even think about it. Games really don't have that kind of hold on me.

Laugh out loudly before breaking down and cry...

Seems about right.

I'd be sad. Maybe cry a bit. Bury myself in WoW and wait for mods.

I'd head straight over to the Mass Effect 3 forum and camp there for a few months.

Skyrim bad? BLASPHEMY!!!!

But if, somehow in another universe, Skyrim could possibly be released and be terrible and somehow one of those copies made its way through a black hole and onto my PC.. Id bow down, swear at god, curl up and cry.

Ok so this is never going to happen, but say the game was released and for whatever reason (game-breaking bugs all over the place, gameplay nothing like the demo etc.) the game is terrible and worse than all previous Elder Scrolls games, how will you react and deal with it?

I would be completely disappointed and pisses off that I wasted so much time waiting for it, then I would svck it up and try to find something to enjoy with the game, or else sell it and get something else.

Remember, this is hypothetical and I know will never happen, this is just a what if.

This is the nightmare I keep having.

I actually had a dream where Skyrim was built on the Two Worlds engine and was absolute b*llocks.

Because I will successfully win all my arguments, I would raise hell with Steam in a calm sense but done constructively and get a refund plus 30 percent off another game and then a personal apology from Steam signed by the CEO, telling me how they are deeply sorry and regret selling Skyrim to me.

JK. I would most likely set it aside till it was fixed.

I'm taking 2 weeks off work to get my geek on, so yeah, I think I'd be pretty pissed. Especially if it was show-stopping bugs.

Then I'd look for mods to un-terribleify it.

I would play a lot of BF3 and MW3 until Mass Effect 3 came out, I guess. And I might be inspired to keep torturing myself with Dark Souls.

Ok, seriously, i would probably go back to playing oblivion(since i have not completed it), and try to ignore that skyrim ever existed "sequel? what sequel?". Aaaaand probably fail miserably.

Before or after I led the revolt that completely destroyed Bethesda, burned it to the ground and carted all the staff off into servitude? :flame:

Throw a briefly induced rage rant to someone and then keep focusing on college, as the game will be my birthday present and I simply have better things to do then mourn a potential great game.

Suicide or murder, it depends if there is a poor soul nearby when it happens.

Seriously, I would be hugely disappointed and will probably go drown my sadness playing another game, trying to forget :P
