Someone Is eaten dessert with cheese feta and salami?

For the weekend came girlfriend of my brother and me wondered what eating dessert with cheese feta and salami.

You are suggesting that a dessert has to be sweet, some people do not like sweet things so I see no reason why they can't eat something savory as a "second/sweet" course.



I am quite happy to mix sweet and savory together - as many people are. :)

I eat fruit for Dessert. Sometimes I prefer something salty like peanuts though.

I spent some time on a French ship while I was in the US Navy. They sometimes had just cheese for dessert.



I usually prefer to have some coffee with dessert, so my tastes tend towards items that pair well with coffee. Sweets like cheesecake are a personal favorite.



edit: although, in most restaurants now-a-days the portion sizes are so large I very rarely get dessert while dining out.

yep, that's my experience with French folks, I think they even have a saying akin to "cheese or dessert, but never both"
