Someone Explain to Me the Development of the Game GUIDE

Seems like this would be a hard thing to do. I was under the impression that you hired outside sources to author and publish the guide for you. Sure the developers put in input, but more often than not the y help compile the book, not author it. It seems rather risky to bring in outside people to play through an entire game, which they'd have to be doing now, during beta, if they wanted the guide out same day as Skyrim. This is risky because you are dealing with an unfinished product, and two, you have hundreds of screenshots, maps, and illustrations to manage without being leaked to the public, which requires lots of organization AND trustworthy members. Can someone explain how Skyrim's game guide will be created with accuracy and security?

I imagine an NDA has to be signed by the company writing the guide before they are allowed anywhere near the game, so that would cover the security issues. Accuracy is always an issue with these kind of things, and there is usually a handful of mistakes in most guides I've ever looked at, particularly if the game is an open world/sand box game like Skyrim.

A lot of people on this forum seem to be under the impression that radiant story will make writing a strategy guide for this game next to impossible, whereas I think they are simply overestimating what radiant story will be able to achieve. I believe there will be table at the beginning of most quest entries in the guide listing the variables that can be changed, and what they may change to.
