i tried to download daggerfall today from the ES website. i got through all the complex dosbox stuff and when the game started i chose the huge install, when i pressed install it said i did not have enough disk space to fit the 450mb file so i went tho my computer only to find that i had 16 gb of space left on my hard drive when i went back into the game screen and tried to change the install path it said no drives available. can can someone please help.

You need to use the freesize switch when you use the mount command in DOSBox.

sorry one last question. in the instructions after you mount the two devices and you type D: to change the prompt from Z:\> to D:\> i keep typing D: but it says drive d does not exist. some how i did this right the first time around but now i am doing something wrong

I think you might have to mount the D drive if you haven't. I don't know much about DOSBox, so other than that, I can't provide any other suggestions.

Another question to downloading Daggerfall: I already own Daggerfall and have the 2.13 patch installed. Is there still any reason to download the version that is offered for download on Bethesdas site?
