I have just found out that during The House Always Wins 1V that i could have also done a side quest called How Little We Know and from that quest i can go to Mick & Ralph's and get a pimped out pip-boy.I already complete the house always wins but i never blew up the gun stash and Troike is free because i killed those two guys at the end with Cachino and also i killed Clanden.I went to mick and ralphs and talk to mick like it said and he wanted to know why the omertas stoped buyin guns.I know i talk to troike and he decide to go though mick and ralphs but the thing is i only did the main part the house always wins so is there a way i could still get troike to go with mick and ralph so i can get the pimped out pip boy or is it to late since i already did the house always wins 1v quest.Someone please help me with this

If your'e on PC, use a console command. If not then i don't know.
