Will someone explain how races are unique with the hole new leveling thing. Also how and what the attributes are going to work

Other than that they aren't unique based on what is confirmed. I'm hoping that that each race choice and gender effects a different set of maximum skill and attribute values. Or perhaps our attributes are determined solely by our choice of race and gender at the start of the game now, and are static from there on after? :shrug:

We know basically nothing about races in Skyrim. This is by far the information I want most.

yeah, we need info here badly. If tail armour is in for Argonians, then that would be a chracter deal breaker for me.

You′ll probably have significant boost in some skills at the begining and some perks suitable for each race, aswell as some magic powers

From what I have read it is all about the cosmetics of each race, eg a High elf and Bosmer will have detailed differences instead of just the high elf being taller and a different colour.

And you can tell the difference between the human races a lot easier, but apart from that there is not alot of information on what the differences will be.
