Had an e conversation last night (well, for me, last night) with someone I haven't talked to in like four years. That was pretty cool.

I went and checked my body-fat percentage, and the results came out pretty good at about 8.83%. :D

For someone who wouldn't know what that means: Brad Pitts body fat percentage during the film "Snatch" was around 8. So yeah, it's pretty good IMO.

 I wish it was that interesting. It would be amazing to write a program that took over the world.

Suffca - congrats on the new job.

Yacoby - same.

CannibalClub - great stuff, what kind of music do you guys play?

I've had a pretty awful week, so I unfortunately don't have much to contribute here. :(

We play rock.... not really any particular sub-genre, but originals that have influence from here and there.
We dont really have quality recordings done yet, but heres a live version of one of our tunes if youre interested

Listened to that all the way through, and really enjoyed it! You guys sound pretty damn good. Awesome bassist too. Which one are you?

As for my week... a death in the family. :( My grandmother. She was 90, and quite sick, so it was hardly unexpected, but it's still a bit of a shock, and of course, there's lots of stuff to get sorted over the next couple of days.

I discovered some new music I greatly enjoy and I talked to certain people I haven't spoken to in years, thanks to one of them seeking me out. A good week ^_^

Thanks man. She did indeed have a long and fulfilling life. :)

A fellow guitarist! :D I unfortunately never managed to get anywhere with it though. :( Keep us BGSF folks updated on your exploits; I'd definately love to hear more of your stuff. Best of luck with your new regular gig too. :)

I was offered an paid Internship with Force3 today. Pretty cool proposition. Um......I flashed DD-WRT on a router and I am now using it as a repeater to dramatically speed up my wireless network. Also I inherited some http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq102/Starforce9/IMG_20110421_174602.jpg

I've locked down my apache server at work fairly well I think (though it won't be accessible from the Internet until tomorrow)

I also ssh'd from home to my server at work for the first time (didn't really need to, just making sure that my forwarding was good)
