The problem with this mod setup is that when I cross the bridge from the IC to the Arcane University, or when I cross the Waterfront district, I start hearing Windows error sounds, presumably where something (a mesh maybe?) loads. The windows error sounds always happen at the same spot on the bridge. I can pass this spot just fine, but about ten feet ahead on the bridge the game crashes.
I have tried and tried and tried to troubleshoot this and I'm at my wit's end. I need someone with a great deal of patience and desire to help to look at my load order and tell me if anything is out of place. I'm completely out of ideas. AFAIK, the rest of the game runs fine. I am not sure what a windows error sound means in the game Oblivion, especially if it lets you keep playing but heralds a "crash zone" ten feet ahead of the "glitch."
