It was fine yesterday, but visiting the site now shows a generic links screen that I've seen happen when a site is no longer owned. This was the German site that carried Race Balancing Project and Integration - The Stranded Light. Temporary or jumping to conclusions?

I was on it 4 hours ago and it was fine but now, as you say, it is not. Maybe they forgot to pay their bill?

Looks like the domain might have lapsed and just been renewed based on the whois info. Or it lapsed and has been picked up by spammers. No way to know just yet.

You can still access the whole site if you replace "theelderscrolls" with "vvardenfell" in the URLs.
So, vvardenfell.info works, but if you want to go to the download section, you can't currently use the link, you'll have to use the link and then rename the URL again.

This happened once before, which makes me happy that I never reverted back to the old links here:

You'll find links to Integration, RBP, and LAME. All ofthem work fine and allow you to access the site freely with no extra copy/pasting required. somewhat freely. Some links have multimediaxis.de in them, and some don't
