So I used the console and resurrected him. He was kind of cool looking and friendly. I asked him about rumors and he said something interesting. His disposition was 100, prob getting raised from the dead does that. I felt a little badly but fate is fate so I killed him (rightly) once again, with the console, naturally.

I had managed to keep all my follower guards till then but lost one in the very last room, I was too tired to reload. I raised him from the dead too but unlike the naturally born and living he had no rumors, and his disposition was also 100, while the cooler imperials only like me like 80%. Sometimes they come back, well changed.
