that mod i felt could get the community in trouble if it got widely known about. we all remember what happened with gtasa and the hot coffee mod.
Problem with that wasn't that it was a mod.
It was content ROCKSTAR had planned to use, but disabled it... It was still included with the game though and was unlocked using a mod.
The controversy was that when they had the game rated, this hidden, unaccessible, yet still available, portion of the game was not rated. Had it been accessible, the game would have earned an AO rating.
This, how ever, is 100% user made and not created by bethesda, so very little would actually happen.
Only thing I dislike is when modders publicly advertise a mod, only to shove "I'm not releasing this mod to anyone outside of my personal friends" in the face of everyone who saw them. If it's supposed to be private between friends or whatever, then only they should ever see it.
