I seem to have lost my sonic emitter before upgrading it and am now screwed. The console says I can buy a new one at the The Sink, the Jukebox says I can buy one from the CIU but none are listed I have waited many days and it still did not update. I cannot continue with the DLC without it.

Is there a workout around? I have completed a lot of the other quests before upgrading the sonic emitter... did not realize that would break the OWB DLC.
