I've been looking all over the internet for a solution to this, but I can't even find a mention of the bug. It's similar to the known glitch of the execution getting stuck, but it's getting stuck at a different part.

When I walk into the Silver Rush for the first time, the dialogue scene plays between the Van Graffs and Mr. Soren. Jean-Baptiste successfully disintegrates the guy in the corner and Soren starts to cower. Gloria says something threatening to him and I know he's supposed to run out, but nothing happens. Soren just stands there and doesn't move. Which means the guards won't move, which means I can't get in without everyone becoming hostile.

I've tried disabling and enabling him, killing him and resurrecting him with the console, moving him to me with the console, and reloading the autosave and a manual save before entering. Tried exiting and re-entering too. Nothing works. If I move him to me, he just walks back to his original spot and continues to stand there. Driving me nuts, anyone heard of this or know how to solve it?
