Sorting out problems

So I am encountering a lot of problems right now. I am in the process of setting up my morrowind game, loading it with mods. I had a working startup, until I updated my MCA ver 5.2 to ver. 6. After that I started getting a ton of MCA related errors, and uninstalling 6.0 does not remove them. I am posting the warning file here so you guys can take a look. Also, if someone could please tell me how to get my load order, I will post that as well. I know Wrye Bash has a feature for that, but I cannot find Wrye Mash's.

I have the Better caldera children compatible esp replacer, and renumbered the refs like the bug section on Emma's website said to do, but that did not fix the errors. I also have mlox, and it did not come up with any suggestions for Better Caldera, MCA, or COM. Basically, I have no idea how to fix these errors. Anyone have some suggestions?

I've forgotten how to find one's load order, since I don't use a crap load of plug-ins that involve such complicated things as MCA.

However, I do have one possible solution: Enchanted Editor. It's very good at helping to spot problem areas, as it displays absolutely everything that is added and/or altered by any plug-in, including sub-records and various bits of data you'd never see in the CS. (I don't know about Wrye Mash, I've never needed it.) It may take awhile, but I'm sure you'll see where some file paths got messed up, which is what I suspect is the problem.

I've found that sometimes to avoid conflicts, it's best to create your own folders for the files of a mod to go into, then reset any file paths, if necessary. This may seem like a lot of work, but it's saved me a great deal of headaches, I can tell you that.

I never even looked at Enchanted editor, although that might be what I used to use for this sort of problem. I used to be a genius at getting my game to work. Now I tend to create more problems than I can fix. haha

That implies you are using Wrye Mash, or how else do you renumber refs? Anyways, after that it's better to repair the save according to the change in the master.
And due to the possible load order changes from the MCA updates, you have to sync your saves to the load list as well.
