[Help]Sorting through junk files in old installation

Well, I recently came across my old HDD (~2006) when I was cleaning. Back then, I pretty much threw in the mods, and when I uninstalled mods, I never deleted the textures/meshes. Thing is, I had a few textures I made that I would like to preserve. The twist is, while they were all retextures of existing meshes, I changed the file path on a couple nifs to different texture filenames. As you may guess, I can't remember what exact meshes I retextured, or the new texture filenames. So, my question is:
1) Is there a way to export a texture list from multiple nifs at once? That will allow me to compare two different texture lists and find the changed filenames, by comparing the text files in a string comparison program.
2) Is there a way to delete all meshes except bethesda ones? I have to have deleted all meshes except beth's so I can compare the texture list to the default one to find changed lines.
3) If not possible, is there another way to find ~35 files among thousands when I have no recollection of names?
