Source. He looked rather "Chimery" to me when I saw him in Mournhold MQ.

In my game he was FUBAR.

His appearance in-game is hard to base anything off of, he sure doesn't have golden skin, granted its not really ashy either - sorta looks like a human tone if anything.

This has been one of those things commonly accepted for so long that I forget the exact place it states it, here's one source:
"The Dunmer were at first afraid of their new faces, but Sotha Sil spoke to them, saying that it was not a curse but a blessing, a sign of their changed natures, and sign of the special favor they might enjoy as New Mer, no longer barbarians trembling before ghosts and spirits, but civilized mer, speaking directly to their immortal friends and patrons, the three faces of the Tribunal. And we were all inspired by Sotha Sil's speech and vision, and took heart."http://www.imperial-library.info/mwbooks/battle_redmountain.shtml

He looks a bit like he has a human skin tone here. It could just be a trick of the light though, as his skin does have some degree of "greyness" to it. I thought Sotha Sil remained Chimer like Almalexia.

I distinctly see gray, abet not as dark as a normal dunmer's color. He probably become more pale, due to his time staying underground, and as such had an effect on his skin tone. But no, he didn't remain chimer, like Almalexia.

I always assumed that his yellowish skin tone was due to decay.
Can any of the Tribunal even decay?

Now that they're dead they can - though I doubt that was from decay given that he'd only been dead a few days max.

Well, what was the temperature and humidity of the clockwork city? Yes, theres only so much a few days can do, but still. Also, we don't know if the bodies of leech-gods decay different than normal mortal bodies.

Sotha aint dead.

Looked pretty dead to me. seemed to lack most of his bottom half, too.

I don't know about that. He was hooked up to his machine, clockwork city. I wonder if he even was consciously aware of Almelexia. Perhaps he recreated an Aurbis in his head. Either that or we was playing World of Warcraft. :P

I would love to say the first, but the second is just so hilarious. ;)

Someone better log on to their WoW account and set up an unofficial memorial next to Seht's perpetually idle character, then. Quickly, before his subscription runs out!

th

For me it's always been one of those, "I know this pronunciation is impossible because it doesn't match up with the spelling of the word but it still sounds awesome" things. "Div-ee-aff". :P

In all seriousness, ThatOneGuy has it down. Though I don't think "Fyr" would be pronounced "feer", more like "fihr" (short I).

:o I do the same thing! Somehow I keep switching the "a" and the "y" and read "Divyath" which turns into the pronunciation "Div-ee-ath."

I suppose a possible pronunciation is "Div-a-yith" with the "a" the same as in "may" or "ray."
