Just wondering if a stolen soul gem resets itself when you use it to trap a soul. Ive stolen some soul gems and am thinking about trapping souls in them in order to increase their value for when I fence them. However, I am under the impression that the stolen flag goes when you do this.

I know of course that making a potion/poison from stolen ingredients or enchanting a stolen object clears the red flag, but this is a neat question that I don't know the answer to. I join you in looking forward to learning the answer! :foodndrink:
