Im in the middle of making Argonia for TES 3, and Im preparing to create an architecture set for Soulrest, however I cant seem to find anything in lore regarding the city. What information is out there, if any?

There isn't much. But there's little Imperial influence. It's mainly a den of sailors, pirates, and a weak Imperial navy presence, built across many rivers, by the looks of it.

theres really next to nothing about argonia in general. best i could find is an arena description (out of date, below), that its surrounded by mangroves, and that it had an argonian battlechief in 1E2920

You enter the gates of Soulrest, leaving the sounds of the ocean and surf behind. Inside it seems as if a hush as fallen over the city, as if all inside are holding their breath in anticipation. The Knightblades fight here, and it seems that the citizens are eager for blood...
