Sound, alt-tab and sound

So after the last patch I noticed then when I alt-tab, I play full screen, the music from the radio that used to continue playing in the background now loops the same 1-2 second part until I alt-tab back into the game. Note that you could only hear the music, not Mr Vegas' voice. That was just silence between the numbers he played, in-game it was ok.

Also, before the last patch whenever someone spoke and you pressed escape to get to the menu it would pause the entire speech line and resume when leaving the menu. Now when I was dealing with Hanlon at Camp Golf and I pressed escape, his voice line continued on in the menu.

Anyone else experiencing the same issues post-patch?

OK, so to add to this.

The music, when alt-tabbed, keeps looping. Making it look like some sound buffer doesn't get cleared when you alt-tab to Windows' desktop and it replays this part over and over again. Meanwhile in the game the music is playing on, meaning that when you alt-tab it may have progressed to other songs again. The buffer clears and plays whatever the game thinks it should play.
