First off i want to say that i had problems in the past before with this game...

Fallout3: Game of the Year edition.

when i started playing i would see a screen on the back poppin up, but when i pressed back to windows there was nothing..
then back in the game there it was again.. so i uninstalled the game and put it away.

but now i started playing again ( didn't install the add-ons yet ) but when i have to talk to someone

i dont hear any sound, like there voices and when im out of the conversation screen there is sound again ????

what is this.. my computer is good enough to run the programm, in the beginnin the first time i started it up,
it had to configure my pc to the best for the game to work,, it said ULTRA...


so if someone knows, can you help me with this
