So here is the problem, I played oblivion yesterday just fine, but nou everysound i make when walking lags and glitches (it stutters A LOT). When i stand still and sheet my sword its like: CHING
When i walk and do the same it sounds like CH-CH-CH-i-NGNNGNGNGNGNG. Very annoying. And last but not least, I hear the conversations of the NPC's normal, but when i talk to them, there is no voice at all.

So.. How can i repair/fix this?

Reboot your computer, and try the game again.
