hi,
i installed crysis 2 on my pc.....after i start the game ive got no sound at all...whether its the in game menu or during game play.the only thing which shows incompatible when i start the game is my graphics card but the videos work just fine.Also the directx 11 features are greyed out in-spite of installing the crysis 2 directx11 ultra upgrade...my specs are as follows...plz advise ASAP..

Have you downloaded the latest Win 7 drivers for your audio chipset. Think the problem is that only windows Vista is supported by the audio chipset, you could try either, finding the Win7 driver, trying the vista driver or running the XP driver in compatibility mode. The last two options could have bugs.

Eg, please check model, and OS before downloading.

You might want to check this out if the vista drivers don't work or you can't find win7 drivers

i tried the instructions on the above links..no luck...i downloaded my vista sound drivers(sigmatel)...& ran it on compatibility mode for vista....& i ran the game also on the same compatibility mode...but no luck...plz advise...im facing this problem only with crysis 2..crysis warhead & crysis worked fine...
