lol, don't think Bethesda will be able to do much, since they can't even tell us if they are working on the gazillion issues of the game.
I'd tell you to go into ps3 sound settings, look there if there is something fishy, try looking trough your cables, try reloading a save that was before the sound problem.
If you have headphones, problem might be with that, look into that. I've lost sound a few times, but never for long. So I don't know... probably comes from the game.
I'm having the same problem, been having it since the day the game came out. All I can do is keep restarting the game. Eventually it "catches".
But it's something I haven't seen that many people complain about, which means Bethesda doesn't give a crap. Well, I already suspect they don't give a crap, since they let this abomination out the door, but especially the sound problem.
