Sound Question

Post » Sun Jan 10, 2010 11:11 pm

Hi all, I'm creating a new region mod and I've been trying to figure out how to add background sound that loops. I'm creating a forested, marshy area and would like to hear background crickets and swamp sounds. How do I make sounds stay constant in a certain region? I've so far added in several of those sounds, but they always appear on and off and never immediately and consistently. My chance factors are 9. Not sure how this works.

Thanks.

I believe you can make a script that will start music when you enter a cell, but i'm not really sure how to go about it. I'm sure someone on here will be willing and able to help!

Not sure, but first thing I'd try is making chance factor sum up to 100, for instance
for one sound:
100 sound 1

for 3 sounds
33 sound 1
33 sound 2
34 sound 3
