Sound stuttering issues and full screen

Here are my system specs first:

(Got these off my battle.net account, yes, I'm lazy)

Operating System: Windows 7 - 2.6.1.7601 (Service Pack 1)
CPU Type: Intel? Core? i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
CPU Speed: 2.69 GHz
System Memory:12 GB
Video Card Model: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680
Video Card Memory: 3.95 GB
Video Card Driver: nvd3dum.dll
Desktop Resolution: 1920x1080
Hard Disk Size: 120 GB, Intel 520 SSD - OS
Hard Disk Size: 279.46 GB, WD Velociraptor - Games
Hard Disk Size: 279.46 GB, WD Velociraptor - Adobe and Multimedia

In Crysis 2 when I play the cut scenes I've noticed I get a lot of sound stutter. I installed Fraps to see what my FPS were during full screen and I'm getting 12 FPS with Ultra settings, 1080P. This is with Vsync and Triple buffering turned ON. Also, this is with DX11 and High Rez Pack update.

What I have noticed though, is once I turn "Full screen" off, is my FPS jump to a constant 60FPS and the sound stuttering is fixed - works fine - but once I turn "Full screen" on again my FPS drop down to 12-14 and the sound stuttering starts back up. I hate screen tearing so I like Vsync on and don't mind playing in a Window.

Also, If you turn off Vsync and Triple Buffering the sound stuttering goes away in Full screen.

I Just thought this would help someone out, or Tech Support, who are having the same issues.

Thanks
