Wether bethesda decide to implement coop or not, one thing they could do is developp a file for modders to work with so that modding community have a non-official coop mod to their liking. Am i the only one thinking that would be a good idea?

Will they not do a Fallout on-line at some point?
No one wants fallout online, just like no one wanted the garbage that is ESO.
Those of us that do, literally just want to play co-op (even just splitscreen) and explore the wasteland with our friends.
They could've made Skrim 2, had it be the same exact game with co-op, any people would've paid full retail for it.
Co-Op would really compromise the integrity of Fallout. It has always been and will always remain a single player experience.
(And by integrity, just in case anyone is confused, I mean cohesion. Quests, vats, etc. There are just so many things that will never work in that format. Seriously, don't count on any mod either. This wouldn't be some simple cosmetic issue/addition.)
That's all just my opinion though. Hope is free and endless.
I may be in the minority (or not, I don't known) but personally I don't want any co-op or multiplayer in Fallout or the Elder Scrolls, like, at all. To me, Fallout and ES are series that have always been about singleplayer (Obviously excluding ESO and Battlespire's online content, but they aren't part of the main series) and I feel that the introduction of co-op would so radically change the dynamic of the game so as to turn it into a different game entirely. And besides, there are fewer and fewer quality AAA singleplayer experiences coming out, but good co-op games are a dime a dozen these days.
This, yes coop would be an cool feature, however the cost of adding it would be very high, forget VAT, forget pausing the game at all and yes this is the practical stuff, to handle two players in different cells would require significant engine changes, same with one of you shooting an grenade into an pile of junk on a shelf, far more than making Fallout 3 out of Oblivion.
Pretty much everyone who posted here ignored what OP was saying, so you can thank them for getting the thread closed.
@WTFOOL
Until people are making mods for Fallout 4, there's not much to know about what could even be implemented.
Maybe after the modders have seen what is available, they will have more ideas. (the FO4 GECK will be released early 2016)
Until then, if you want to discuss multiplayer in Fallout, use the official thread: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1512524-fallout-multiplayer-discussion-thread/
