I'm playing the Skyrim Special Edition on the Xbox One. I was running away from a gargoyle, and when I opened the door to escape, I died. When I respawned, it showed me already outside, immediately dying. I can't even drink a potion or eat food to bring my health back up. As soon as I die, I respawn and immediatley die again. Help please? I'd obviously prefer not to restart, thanks!

Reload an earlier save. If you have none, then you gotta restart.

This is, of course, assuming that you have no time to react on loading the save, and you've tried spamming the menu button on loading.
