Speak to Isran for an assignment? : V

OK so i got a quest entry that says...Speak to Isran for an assignemnt...but he don't give me any, i have come so far so we are about to kill Harrkon the vampire boss...so to load a save Before i got that quest to speak to Isran is not an option. Does any one know what quest ID it is, i have tried to find it at Wiki with no luck?

Usually the quest he gives is "a jarls justice. It's where a vampire is disguised as an advisor, you need to go to said hold and deal with it.

He can give you the quest either before or after the battle.

No it's still the same

If i talk to ether of Florentius, Sorine or Gunmar and ask them what i can do to help i get the answer...talk to Isran he has something for you and the quest notification "Speak to Isran for an assignment" pops up even when i already got it in my quest log. When i talk to Isran there is no dialog about any quest so i can't get the quests from Florentius to locate the artifact Dawnguard weapons, there must be some ID for that quest so i can advance it with the console.

EDIT: OK i have solved it now, wrote in the console...SetStage DLC1RH07 10...then the quest entry to talk to Isran Went away and i got a new quest to hunt down a vampire that has infiltrated Skald's court.

EDIT 2: I had to do the whole quest with the console, when i camt to Skald the wampire was there but Skald had no dialog option to warn him about the vampire, but now i got the artifact quest the normal way from Florentius.
