all the weapons look fine in my opinion except the spears & staves. can someone perhaps make them look better?

Meshes or textures? I have done Steel and Ebony Spear meshes in my "Improved Weapon Meshes" series and I have made textures for the iron spear in my http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43077/? mod, which is based on Psymonizer's improved iron weapon meshes. I still intend to make the rest of the meshes and also new textures for those I already did, but at the moment I don't work much on it.

Well then, I am not aware of any mods that change only spear textures or meshes... There's only http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43353/? I know of, but that only changes the position in the character's hands and does not improve textures or meshes.

Other than that, you'd probably have to take only these meshes and textures you want from mods which include other weapons as well.
