So I'm trying to start the cabothouse side quest. I've met with Deegan at Bunker Hill, gotten to the Cabot house and got inside. I've talked to jack when he went down the stars, now he sits on the couch. My quest still says "talk to jack Cabot", but when I do this I just get 3 different stories to choose from or I can press done. I've tried all the options several times, sitting down and standing and I still get the same dialog that doesn't do anything for my quest. I've tried talking to Deegan too, but he won't talk to me.


Anyone experiencing the same issue/bug/error and have anyone solved this problem?


Please help me, I would really like a full bobblehead collection and I'm only missing the charisma bobblehead.

I just recently finished the cabot house quest line with no issues. Are you patched to v1.3 though? I could sit down on the couch and communicate normally and just kept completing the dialogue options given by jack. After the dialogue he will walk away upstairs while asking you to retrieve his item and the quest will update. Try reloading a previous save.
