So I just got Harkness and Moira Brown out a lunchbox and suddenly, they aren't appearing the dweller line. The counter for the dweller line shows them there but I can't get them inside the vault nor can I see them. Anyone else had this?

Seems like others have had this issue, were raiders attacking? I know sometimes dwellers run away..but they should run back.
