Special Dweller glitch

So I just got Harkness and Moira Brown out a lunchbox and suddenly, they aren't appearing the dweller line. The counter for the dweller line shows them there but I can't get them inside the vault nor can I see them

Most definitely, I have only 80 dwellers and space for more than 100
