So Vuljotnaak was stuck in the air one day and I decided to kill him while he was stuck. He never came down so that was that and I accepted the fact I wouldn't get to loot. Well one day he decided to seek his revenge when I was in Whiterun and appear. Now his corpse follows me around Whiterun when I leave shops and stuff. His body glitches through the ground and what not. Kinda annoying to deal with constantly, especially when another dragon or vampires attack.
