Don't see a PS4 section, so...

Anyway my problem is that lockpicks won't stay in my inventory. If I go to a merchant and buy all I can, the game still says I don't have any when I try to pick locks, and sure enough, they aren't listed in my items. Losing lots of money and picks, and can't complete one of my quests because of this
