Can someone please tell me what the special perks are and how to get them. For Example: The Dine and Dash perk-when you eat twenty five humans you can take there body parts and eat them later. I don't want to know what the perks are when you level up.

Lord Death - gives you extra damage i think its when you kill anything 1000 times

they require you to do something alot and give you a reward. Just play as if they dont exist, you'll end up getting quite a few of the "kill" ones by later game.
