Herro, I just recently discovered that my strength which should be set at 7 is at (-)3 and my intelligence which should be set at 6 is at (+) 12. The problem is that I don't have any idea what's affecting them. I am currently naked, 1000% healthy and don't seem to have any quests that would do this..
