Specific and not so common doubt![External Data(?)]

Hi there!! ^^

I'm new around the forum and i'm about to get started on Skyrim Mod Creation! =) (If you want to know, i am (Or i least i want to be) a C++/C# programmer)

I have three projects already "founded", i mean i have the the idea, the screenplay, the story, the context, the characters everything to realize it through the creation kit ... but i have another one that it is kinda special ... and very complicated!

I have been seeing some videos and exploring the interface of the CT and the syntax of papyrus but i cannot find one specific doubt: Is the creation kit and Skyrim engine capable of sending and receiving data from an external devices? and i am not talking only about Player or controllers input ... what i have in mind requires to grab the data on the on the Skyrim interface, map, player position and inventory send it to an external device then wait for the user input and send data again to the game.

Is that possible? xO

Note: I am not a Natural English Speaker so my apologies for any mistakes on the text ... I know that the explanation svcks but i did my best! (Gotta work that English redaction)

What do you mean by device? You said not controller input so is this device like a mobile phone?
