is this just an advertisemant for New Vegas? or is this clothing/armor an actual option in the game?

Yes its was a advertisemant for the game. That's the NCR Veteran Ranger, it can be obtain from dead Veteran Rangers. No, its already in the game. Just look around for any locations that belongs to the NCR, you'll eventually will find few at some campgrounds or at the Hoover Dam.

The reason why the Chinese Stealth Armor doesn't make you invisible like in Fallout 3 is that suit in FO3 was in perfect condition due to the fact it was locked away along a Winterized T-51b power armor sometime after Operation: Anchorage meaning that the chip in the suit would still work as it were brand new. Then again, the game becomes too easy if your stealth player. Since New Vegas stealth suit lacks the ability to turn you invisible, the only thing it can provide you is addition 5+ points to your sneak skill.

The armor in the pic is available in the core game. It's not very easy to get, though. You need to level up quite high (iirc). Unless someone knows a shortcut to it, I never went armorhunting myself.

The CSA was balanced. Likely due to all the flak it got, and because it really was "out of the picture", so to speak.

One of the oldest experiments that proved the existence of radiation was the affect of radiation on sensitive metals, it is obvious the radiation penetrated the wooden box the CSA was in and corrupted the stealth circuitry.

Easiest way to get that armor, especially if you aren't opposing them, is from the NCR safehouse. There is one just layiing around.

this was to be known months in advance, it is so the ending slides you get have real ground, they show you the consequences of your choices and actions, for every settlement you went to, almost every quest you did, the people you talked to and affected, the factions you helped or hurt, and the who you helped take the Dam. if they extended the gameplay past the endings, it would destroy the credibility of those slides, because there is no way they could accurately depict all of the over 100 variations for the ending, they would have to make entirely new wastelands for after the ending play, and then you could (not saying everyone would, but it shows the lack of credibility of the endings) could go and directly contradict the ending slides, say killing off a town that was supposed to prosper after you helped it. There will be no Borked Steal DLC, thankfully, this is confirmed by Obsidian.

There was a huge message box that warned you about the end and how you should get all your affairs done in the Mojave before accepting the final mission. It pops up and forces you to click on it to start the final mission.

You aren't going to find much sympathy around these here parts.

Nothing much to say here. Just hope in the future they'll release a Add-On similar to Broken Steel from Fallout 3 or you're screwed.

They have said beforehand that they will not make a Subtract-Off similar to Borked Steal.

Yah that armors epic. In the pic it looks bad ass and it is in the game but its a little duller than that. And not as bright. It needs to be more Colorful or bright.

It doesnt need to be more colorful, i hate how they made it brown, it is supposed to be black and dark grey, they made it a reddish brown with light colored jeans, which is stupid.
