I created a perk adding levelleditems on death. Something loosely similar to the lawbringer in FO3. Ideally, if the player is the killer it adds a levelled item and if the companion is the killer it adds a different item. Now I would be really happy if it added any item at all.

Other companion perks are OK but I can't get this one to work. It works very well for the player but not for the follower. When the same companion perk adds 2 effects the other one works but not this one.

Help would be very appreciated, I work on this for a long time with no success and I have tried everything I could think of.
